The older woman working at the front counter here with white hair is a terrible person and shouldn't be in customer service. ... She screamed at me today and all I said was ma'am may I put in my phone number so I can get my Casey's rewards. She didn't evenask me if I had Casey's rewards like the other stores do. She doesn't know how to do her job and is extremely unorofessional.She screams "YOU ALREADY DID!" Really loud and hateful. I said no ma'am that was for the first transaction not the second one.(I paid with my card for my coffee and cash for my fuel fill-up) I should have walked out and never spent a dime there today orever again. Sad because the tall gentleman is the reason I came he is nice. I told her she must hate her job to act that way tocustomers and she laughed at me very loudly and rude and evil. Read more
We don?t usually order pizza at this location but the wait time at the other location (Lincoln St) is ridiculous. This decision... made us regret it because their pizza is extra soggy and wet. The pizza got stuck on the cardboard and you?ll need to peelcardboard off your slice before you put it in your mouth. Since the pizza is too soggy, as soon as you pick a slice up,everything just falls apart. The boneless buffalo chicken did not come with ranch sauce either. Read more
I stopped in to get gas and was already prepared to wipe down my pump and pump handle with my own microbial sanitizing wipe, but... they had an employee out wiping each pump handle and all the buttons touch screens with sanitizer! So impressed! Read more
If you're ordering from the kitchen you'll notice how unsanitary the staff is, they need to be trained. I've seen them take the... trash out and come in to make food without washing their hands. I've seen them pick stuff up off the floor with gloves on andcontinue to make food without changing gloves. I've seen them cough on my sub. I've walked out of here many times withoutbuying the subs/sandwiches they were in the middle of making because of their disgusting kitchen habits. Just because you havegloves on doesn't mean you're automatically germ free, change your gloves people, so sickening. I stopped buying food from thisCasey's. I hope a health inspector comes in to witness their filthy unsanitary habits. On a side note I gave them 2 starsbecause their night staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Read more
