The sandwiches are never done correctly. Not impressed to high priced for what you get. Customer service was alright.
Terrible This place used to be decent Not anymore. I ordered a chopped salad, she proceeds to tell me they haven't done chopped... salads for years, I don't know whr she came from I've never seen her before but I just had one 3 months ago. I got a handful oflettuce, ham n turkey and 2 small tomatoes. Didn't even fill half the container. I asked her to at least put some more lettucein it It was a struggle for her. She took my money of course cash because their card machine never works and gave me change. Nothank you nothing. Terrible place. Read more
2 cars were there it felt like it took forever and I felt like I was in a Final Destination movie and something bad was about to... happen they were not stocked enough to have my wrap and came out to the drive thru to let me know and as the car in front of meexited and I pull up to the window they tell me I can't use my debit card. My daughter and I stopped there today always like the sandwiches were great but today they were awful . We hadn't been there for... awhile,to think that the Auburn Shop at one time was voted the best in Sangamond Co. Puts this management to shame .Whathappened? Read more
This is a 5 star Subway. The workers always make the sandwiches right. They are always friendly and fun too. There are not a lot... of food options in Auburn and I'm glad that our Subway is a good Subway! Read more
Old gal working was very rude. I asked for a 6 inch ham egg and cheese but as a salad. The sign clearly says make any 6 inch sub... a salad. I am a truck driver and order this all over the country with no issues. She said ok she has to do it as a ham saladwith added egg. I said no I am not paying over 10$ for this. I said fine just make me a 12" with no bread. She told me shecouldn't do that either. I walked out. Very rude and horrible customer service. A customer should be able to order what theywant. I like the comfy chairs. That's it. No one in line inside, but had to wait close to 10 mins to order because only one... employee was on the clock. Owner appears to be concerned more w bottom line and not great customer experience. I wanted to trySubway after trying Casey's sandwiches. I'll stick with Casey's. Read more
