Great food, Excellent service, loved the Car ???? side Pick up ????
Food was Just ok. What bothered me was we had a family of 6 which 3 were children. First off everyone got their food in a timely... manner and warm. Granddaughter didn't get hers for about 10 minutes later. And it was very cold. Secondly I believe we had atleat 6 empty plates on our table. Couldn't even eat because of no room. I had said something to the waiter and he picked up 2plates. Still very overcrowded. To top it off he was training a new waiter. Nice example of not what to do. Tried to get abooster seat from the host. The less than 10 customers must have been keeping her busy. But all I saw was her play on her phone.My guess next restaurant to be closing because of poor service. I'll drive to Ft Wayne where you are treated like a customer.BTW OUR BILL WAS ROUGHLY 100.00. Walked In waited a couple of minutes to be seated given no menus not even told about them not having any till we asked and she... pointed to the online menu leaving us to share a phone. Took forever to have our orders taken had to wait longer ended upgetting the wrong sandwich and having to wait longer for it, fries were cold too. In the end also had to remind them of mydrink. I don't normally give a bad review, but I need to. The soup was luke warm. I place an order for a sandwich without onions. I got... onions. I asked for waffle fries, the waitress gave me a plate of waffle fries with cheese and bacon. In the menu, there is a$1.00 up charge and since I haven't eaten at an Applebee's in years I didn't know what to think. I got the check and there wasa $2.99 up charge. When I spoke to the manager he seemed put off that he had to deal with it. He handed me $2.00. It was hisattitude that put me off. Sorry guys, never coming back. Read more

So I stayed at a hotel within walking distance to this Applebee's. We ordered dinner there two nights in a row. Right around... $110.00 total for both nights. I feel robbed! First night I ordered a quesadilla burger... I never had that before... It didtaste good but it was really just a big greasy mess of tortilla and the hamburger patty. My husband enjoyed his baconcheeseburger. No silverware nor condiments were put in my to go bag as requested with my online order. Oh yes and let's notforget the 18 minutes that I stood waiting for my order in the designated to go pick up area. Ridiculous Night number two....I order a steak cooked medium rare and when I get back to my hotel it is medium well. I had asked for green beans instead ofbroccoli and of course I got broccoli. I ordered a side salad for my husband and while I was getting it ready there wasliterally about four drops of ranch dressing in the little cup for a decent size salad so he was not very happy about that. Hegot ribs and they were delicious but my entire dinner was too tough and overcooked for me to eat. I was so tired and it was lateso I didn't even call to complain. Service was terrible. Waited an hour to be given a menu and take order. Waited another half hour to receive appetizers; which is... ridiculous bc it shouldn?t had taken but 10 at the most. Then we waited another 10 mins to receive our food order. Only thingpositive for a nice time out in going here was the cook dud come out and ask my husband what he wanted in his burger bc shecouldn?t make out the order: it looked like chicken scratch to her. My husband left a tip but only bc of the cook concern. Iwon?t be back to this restaurant even if the food was good. Three stars bc of food quality, food and cleanliness. Read more
