I?ve visited locations five times in the last three months. Each time, my order has been messed up. Every. Single. Time. The... staff clearly doesn?t care about following an order ticket or constructively addressing an error (like apologizing or anycorrective action.) ***The store was empty every single time. Disclosure, I'm bias to Jersey Mike's. First time at a Jimmie John's which was by default. The food was okay. Bread was barely... brown basically it was white like it hadnt been cooked. Being it was the first time to a JJs I was disappointed and I wondereven more now than I did before, how do JJs, Subway, the elusive Blimpies, how do they stay in business with Jersey Mike's as acompetitor? One big issue here is it's not clear to a new customer what the system is or what the menu is, process, etc. Whenyou ask it's basically, "yea it's a turkey sandwich."
