Manager Rachel (who was filling the drive thru orders) called me a liar when I very nicely informed her she had not given me the... 3 hashbrowns that should have came with the 3 big breakfast meals I ordered through the drivethru. She literally rummagedthrough my bag to then have another employee bring it back confirming they were never put in the bag. Never once did Rachel lookat me, let alone apologize for calling me a liar. Inside cashier, heavier set guy, really rude and disrespectful to guest with the topic of conversation he pushed onto the... customers, when their facial expressions made it clear they weren't interested in entertaining his conversation... in front oftheir children at that.
