Manager Rachel (who was filling the drive thru orders) called me a liar when I very nicely informed her she had not given me the... 3 hashbrowns that should have came with the 3 big breakfast meals I ordered through the drivethru. She literally rummagedthrough my bag to then have another employee bring it back confirming they were never put in the bag. Never once did Rachel lookat me, let alone apologize for calling me a liar. Late night stop. Fries were warm, limp, and broken up ends. The bottom of the bun was hard like it had been sitting on a warmer... for an hour. Four cars ahead of us was a 20 minute wait. Read more

Inside cashier, heavier set guy, really rude and disrespectful to guest with the topic of conversation he pushed onto the... customers, when their facial expressions made it clear they weren't interested in entertaining his conversation... in front oftheir children at that. I stopped in this location for breakfast what a major difference between Fortwayne locations and this one. Employees are very... polite friendly and courteous. Fortwayne acts like they don't care if your order is correct or not. Your food is just throwntogether where as this location actually cares. Keep up the great work. Fast food workers are special to the working class. Whowants to spend there hard earned money where the employees don't care. You all are fantastic Read more

Buncha kids work here, with WAY too much goofing around. Don?t be surprised if you?re in the drive-thru line for 30+ minutes,... especially in the evenings/nights! Definitely appreciate Bob in the mornings, though!! Read more

I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, photo is what I got. No hot cakes I drive across town told them I wanted a refund.... Asked if I don't just want the hotcakes, I said no the rest of the food is cold now. He get a manager, took forever she saysnothing to me , opens drawer gives me my money, I said " thank you " she grabs the bad and turns away , rude actions like it'smy fault. Never once did anyone apologize for the order not being correct. I hear Burger King next door has excellent breakfast, I am going elsewhere from now on. Go ahead and treat customers bad mcd's, they'll go elsewhere! Too bad Bob is not manager hewouldn't allow that behavior! Read more
