i don't visit often but stopped in today bc it's my birthday and wanted to grab something for myself on my way to work. I... wanted an espresso drink but was told they had none. like, really? so disappointing to hear from an established business suchas Starbucks. good service doesn't make up for no espresso though. sorry Read more
Not sure if they were understaffed here or what but I waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. Wanted to just get a refund and just leave... but they were saying in order to get a refund to just call? So I waited for my drinks and come to find out they didn?t even makethe brown sugar espresso correct or with espresso according to the printed tag.. It?s the grossest thing I?ve ever had fromStarbucks. Very disappointed to have spent almost $12 for a 25 minute wait and an undrinkable coffee. Would never stop at thislocation again. Read more

Penny is a superstar here and I really believe she keeps the rest of the crew on her toes! Not that I don't get good service... when she isn't there because they've really stepped up their game too but she definitely makes my visits better! She remembersso many customer's names and even what they like to order. That is some superstar dedication! ????
