How about an all American club with only vegetables and two pieces of bacon!!! Replacement sandwiches made in the back, ugh NO,... we did not accept those!!! And they didn't understand why. Just lost a long time customer. Read more

Ordered online. When I got to their drive thru I was given an empty cup and was told I had to go inside to fill it myself,... that's the way it is done. What is the reason for online ordering and a drive thru if this is their policy? Not going back!!! Read more

Very poor customer service. Argumentative when they made a mistake on my order. I politely explained the mistake they made but... they didn't want to do it the right way so they argued that it should be a certain way. I mean just say you're sorry and do itright don't argue just to be right. It was not busy at all so that was not why. They just don't care and want to go home Iguess. Very lazy attitude. Ordered online, never had it ready. Waited 10 minutes, then the guy asked me if I ordered online. He decided to do my order, so... 2 people in line left. The bread was not fresh, more like a crouton consistency. The 2 people that left made a good choice. Only2 people working , one at drive-thru, other at counter. Only reason I went here because the other place was closed. Lack ofemployees is poor choice of management. Managers should be there working. Read more
