This place doesn?t give a flying you-know-what about Door Dash orders. This was my 7th time ordering (having thought the first 6... times were just an accident) and they didn?t finish packing the order. Definitely intentional? it?s always right when I gothrough the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous that no restaurant in this town cares to fill Door Dash orders correctly. Read more

Literally the worst taco bell, its so bad its actually funny. Anyone who rates it more than 1 star is a plant. They mess up your... order literally every single time, the employees think they can catch attitudes with their customers. Managers dont fix nothing,no reprimands to the employees, they got attitude problems too. Just make the drive to Angola ???? Read more

Pre-covid, this place was pretty decent. It's gone downhill a ton. We ordered 4 items tonight for dinner. 2 of the items were... made incorrectly, one having black beans in it, and no guacamole, even though we specifically chose it for the refried beans andgauc. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly, but it appeared very understaffed and they seemed to not really know whatthey were even doing. We will avoid this location in the future. Read more

We went to the drive thru today. I order 2 chicken Chipotle melts with EXTRA sauce which I paid extra for. Got home, ZERO sauce... on both of them. I called and spoke with the "manager" who stated, "I made those and I put two lines of sauce on them, I'm sorryif that's not enough for you but maybe next time you should try asking for a side. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I was warned against this location but decided to try it anyway as a quick breakfast starting... a long day. When ordering, everything was mostly fine other than having to repeat things several times and being talked to in acondescending manner. Once we arrived at the pickup window, we had to ask for our second beverage and then realized that one ofone person?s entire order wasn?t even added, even though we had to specify and repeat. While trying to explain to Elizabeth thatwe were missing an entire order and still paying for it, we were treated like we were being completely unreasonable and givenattitude. Read more

I've had several problems, from rude employees, to missing tand messed up orders, to wait times of at least 30-45 minutes with... just 2 or 3 cars in front of me. I've called corporate I'd say probably 3 times and things have yet to change. The only reason Icontinue my business here is its 5 minutes away. Read more

I order the Doritos Taco supreme combo. I selected pink lemonade for my drink and was told it was no longer served but was... replaced with strawberry lemonade. I was skeptical about trying it for fear of an after taste, and I should have followed myfirst mind and chose something else. Although pink lemonade was displayed on a prop outside by the drive thru board, it shouldbe removed so people won't order something that is no longer available. Every single time without fail my order is messed up. Tonight I didn?t get my entire meal or my two year olds meal. Of course... my husband picked it up and didn?t check the bag. When he got home after sitting there for 35 minutes for a mobile order Iplaced coming home from work, my Chulpa supreme and her cheese wrap were no where to be found. I called the restaurant atleast 50 times. No answer I love Taco Bell but come on, you work in food service. I paid for an item and I did not receiveit. To me that is theft. I?m not driving across town for something they messed up. So agitated. Read more
