Only went there for my wife she wanted some chili. I personally gave up on Wendy's in Auburn. Had to many kids at the time, for... how much there food cost, the service should be exceptional. But it's not. Nobody there at the time. But still had to wait onfood. Read more
We walked in about 6:00pm on Friday, Oct. 21st. There were two kiosks on the counter that you had to place your order on.... Clearly stating cash or credit card. To replace your order hit the cash button and it said to go to the counter and they wouldtake your money. They were busy and we waited to pay and receive our order. After about 10 minutes another couple came up andordered and received their food after we placed our order. We question the lady behind the counter and she said that the kioskonly takes credit cards. We questioned her and said the kiosk said cash or credit cards. She stated that the sign was on thedoor when we walked in. There was no apology and I will take your order she just went about going back to work. When we left thesign was a white sheet of paper with a pink highlighter stating the kiosk only takes credit cards. The way you walk into thedoor it is very hard to see the sign should have been put by the kiosk. It's a shame that she could not have taken our order. Read more
I went through drive through and tried to place an order. Was super rushed so we decided to go in to place it on the... kiosk. After getting home one our sandwiches wasn't made right. We ordered it plain and it was in fact not. It had onion andpickle. The fries were also cold... Tried the new garlic fries, mozzarella chicken sandwich, and peppermint frosty. Fire the person who came up with these in... corporate. The fries were straight trash. It was just flavorless salt free fries doused in oil that may have touched garlic atsome point. The frosty barely taste of peppermint.
