Tried the new garlic fries, mozzarella chicken sandwich, and peppermint frosty. Fire the person who came up with these in... corporate. The fries were straight trash. It was just flavorless salt free fries doused in oil that may have touched garlic atsome point. The frosty barely taste of peppermint. The sandwich has a thin smear of sauce on one bun with that dry thickmozzarella patty and the dry chicken cutlet? No thanks. Read more

Store was clean. Food was prompt. Workers could have been a bit more friendly. Several saw us enter and did not greet or come... up to take order. We had to use the kiosk to order. Read more

Only went there for my wife she wanted some chili. I personally gave up on Wendy's in Auburn. Had to many kids at the time, for... how much there food cost, the service should be exceptional. But it's not. Nobody there at the time. But still had to wait onfood. Read more

We walked in about 6:00pm on Friday, Oct. 21st. There were two kiosks on the counter that you had to place your order on.... Clearly stating cash or credit card. To replace your order hit the cash button and it said to go to the counter and they wouldtake your money. They were busy and we waited to pay and receive our order. After about 10 minutes another couple came up andordered and received their food after we placed our order. We question the lady behind the counter and she said that the kioskonly takes credit cards. We questioned her and said the kiosk said cash or credit cards. She stated that the sign was on thedoor when we walked in. There was no apology and I will take your order she just went about going back to work. When we left thesign was a white sheet of paper with a pink highlighter stating the kiosk only takes credit cards. The way you walk into thedoor it is very hard to see the sign should have been put by the kiosk. It's a shame that she could not have taken our order. Read more

I went through drive through and tried to place an order. Was super rushed so we decided to go in to place it on the... kiosk. After getting home one our sandwiches wasn't made right. We ordered it plain and it was in fact not. It had onion andpickle. The fries were also cold... I called to try to fix the situation and was told I was wrong and that he had made themhimself and that he would only replace the fries. Unacceptable customer service... Read more

I dropped by to order lunch on Monday. The service was lightning-fast (time from entering the order into the kiosk and receiving... it was less than a few minutes), the cashiers were pleasant, and everything was clean and contact-free. The cold-brew coffee wasawesome as well. Will definitely return on future trips up to Angola. Read more

Placed mobile order at about 8PM. Pickup inside was a listed option but I had run other errands and didn't want to have to leave... my car again so I chose drive thru. Upon arrival the line was rather long. So I decided I would head inside to let them know Iordered ahead. But their doors were locked... there were people standing at the counter chatting. So I rejoined the line. Theperson ahead of me ordered nearly $40 of food so I hoped they would have him pull ahead or have me stop at the first window togive me my mobile order. Nope. I made a mobile order at 9:35 pm and waited till 10:00 pm and when I checked my order there was no BBQ or Ranch like I ordered... this type of thing happened everytime I visit Auburn Wendy's!!!! I was wondering when you guys was gonna get more help orsomething cause this is ridiculous especially everytime I go there literally. Shame on the operations manager for not doinganything to help this site out. Look at the reviews I'm not the only one who is having problems here. Thier are several peoplewho have had a ton of issues at this site. Forgetting food long waits super long drive thru waits and so much more if I wascorporate I would be taking a look at this operation cause I'm sure it is not up to franchise standards at all. They aren't evenclose I should just contact corporate and everyone who gets bad service here should do the same or this place will never changeto where the customer is valued here cause I surely do not feel the love, not even a little bit. This should be your toppriority here but apparently it's not and that's your managements issues and what they're doing for this facility it's a shame.You guys should understand that the customer is always right and customer service you guys have is way below par.
