Ordered dine in, after 45 minutes we went up to ask about our order. They gave us half the order, which had be boxed and set on... top the over, the other was in the over - 20 minutes later. When asked for a refund, they brought out the other pizza and said?sorry?. No offer of anything for the time. In addition, the four employees were too busy playing in the back throwing food ateach other instead of taking care of their customers. Read more

We ordered online and picked up our food. The pizza was not hot, semi warm and was burnt. We paid over $50 for burnt dinner. We... are new to the area and are highly disappointed with this establishment. Next time we will drive to Topeka for pizza. Read more

Ok, I normally really enjoy this establishment. But after the phone call I just had today (October 19th 2021 @ around 1710) I do... not believe I will ever order from them again. Reason being, I called to order pizza and the immature guy on the phone wasburping during the entire phone call and in the background you could hear the other employees laughing. Don?t mind jokes but ifthis is the way the owner runs his business. I will gladly travel to Topeka to a different pizzeria. Read more

Called and waited on the line for quite a bit till they picked up, could hear the buzzing of a register in the background. not a... word was spoken and they hung up, Called back later and a girl pretended she couldn't hear me.. Unbenounced to her I could hearmy own voice coming back from their end of the line, tested my mic directly after to give them the benefit of the doubt.. itworks. Our family usually orders carry out from Auburn Gambinos once a week. The family enjoys the selection and I love not having to... come home from work and cook at least once during the workweek. We are usually happy with the food and service but, twice inthis past month, they have messed up on our order. I understand people make mistakes and when the young man that took my orderover the phone apologized to me personally, I told him that it wasn?t a big deal. However, as I?m sitting waiting on my missingmeal, I?m thinking over the conversation I had with the other employees. When I first walked up to the counter to pickup myorder, and gave the young man at the register my name, he couldn?t find my order. He asked what I had ordered. I told him andhe asked if I was sure I called the right Gambinos. I told him I was sure. He went to get help, and another young manproceeded to ask the same question. I told him I was sure, that it was the same number I always call. Like I said, we ordercarry out from the Auburn Gambinos almost weekly, so the number is programmed into my cell phone. I used the same cell phone. I called the same programmed number. How could I have called anything different? Then they said their manager was coming up. I repeated my name and my order. The manager found my pizza, but the pasta was missing. She asked if I was sure I ordered it. Really? Like I?m going to forget one family member and take them nothing? Yes! I?m sure I ordered it. I?m starting to thinksome of these young people need a lesson on customer service. What happened to ?The customer is always right?? As I?m sittingwaiting on my missing food, I?m thinking about what had just transpired and I?m starting to feel like I?m being blamed forsomeone else?s apparent mistake.
