They kept ignoring us then said they didn?t hear half the order. My frozen coke is warm, my the jalapeño poppers had 2 missing.
This Burger King is the WORST. Every SINGLE time I go there, there's an issue. Food NOT hot. Food missing something like my... sauce, an order of fries, a sandwich... always something. The customer service I received was unprofessional and left me not wanting to go to that specific location again. The girl... taking my order was having another conversation whilst taking my order and I had to have her repeat my order several times toget her attention again. While receiving my food I was missing a sandwich and looked on my receipt to find she had rung my foodup in a unnecessary way than what I ordered and didn?t include one of my order's. What should have been a simple and fastsolution to fix this turned into two unprofessional girls at the window started arguing with me and when asked to speak to amanager I was given attitude from both the girls and management. I would strongly advice some re training on the window as wellas more customer service training for management. Customers don?t come to fast food establishments to receive attitude. We justwant fast service and the basic customer service attitude of politeness. I did not receive either of that. They messed up my order. Then corrected the order and got upset that they messed up my order, after they checked my order before... giving it to me the first time. The atmosphere seemed like nobody wants to be there and it felt like the building needs a veryimmediate upgrade in looks. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Burger King in this area is very bad and and unprofessional.They really do not care about their customers or their health.
