How many bad reviews is this location going to get before they decide to start training their staff properly? Made my order... online. Arrived exactly at the time scheduled, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru! Then, my food was luke warm and my burritobowl was only half full. On top of that, my order wasn't even correct. How does that happen when it's written down right infront of you? I haven't been here in a while because of slow service and poor food quality and portions, but was hoping thatsince then they shaped up. Let down once again. They need to train their employees with the Augusta location, which is FARsuperior for time and quality. So disappointed. Read more
I don't know why I bother returning to give this location more chances. It's been nearly 2 years and they still haven't got... their act together. The food portions and quality are disgraceful and expect waiting at least 5 minutes for each car in thedrive thru line. Maybe it's a different experience not getting takeout but I don't have much faith and half the time the doorsare locked for drive thru only. We?ve eaten here a few times despite the terrible reviews. The first two times it was fine, once in the store and once a pickup... order. The last and final time I ordered pickup for 4 people. ALL of our food was messed up or plain ole just missing and theyleave no way to contact them. It?s an automated robot that will never connect you to anyone to help. Rock hard stale chips that are unchewable. Dirty tables. Low on staff. No carbon in any of the soda. Half the sodas are out of... order. Food is still delicious though. Read more
My family and I went in for lunch! We were happy with the food..but the Manager on duty (Indigo) was very disappointing! She... definitely needs management training! Not only does she not manage the crew in the right direction..she bullies and degrades heremployees! Your employees are your backbone of any business! It shocked us to hear Indigo not only complain about her crew to acustomer..but she literally degraded them in front of customers and her employees! I hope and pray the kids working at thislocation find not only a better job but better teachers! You are only as good as your weakest link Indigo..and it?s your job toteach employees not belittle them! Read more
How is this place even in business? We came in this evening at 8 PM. The hours online stated they closed at 10 PM. Pretty much... everyone ignored us when we went up to place our order. When someone did help us there was hardly any food we could get. Thewhite rice was terrible, it had no lime, salt or cilantro. Absolutely tasteless. They were out of veggies (we always get aveggie burrito) so this was just ridiculous. They also didn't have any guacamole! If I wanted just beans and rice I could havegone next door to Taco Bell and had better service! The store is completely filthy! Every single table was dirty and they hadNO napkins to even wipe up the messes (not like that's our job as the customer anyway). No forks available, we had to dig insidea box under the counter to get one. Very unsanitary as I had to tell other customers who were looking for forks that they neededto reach in the box as well. Gross. They had also taken the trash out already and the cans were gone so people couldn't throwtheir trash away. When a customer came in asking if they could order food they informed them they closed in 10 minutes. This wasaround 830 PM. If Chipotle wants to keep their reputation they should consider shutting this store down for good or firingeveryone who works there. I could not believe how filthy this place was and is. I have eaten here several times because I like Chipotle in general. There... is no reason for it to be so filthy when I came in. It was 4 oclock and there was plenty of staff at the time. If the front isthis bad I can not begin to imagine what is allowed in the back. 2/3 of my online orders were correct. The food in generaltastes good. (I RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE IF YOU DONT WANT HIGH RISK OF DISEASE) At this point why not just go to the taco bellacross the streat, at the least ive had better customer service and cleaner tables there. I didn't get the 1 star experience many had. Was perfectly good to me. Giant burrito!!
