Food is typically great, but ordering online is a guessing game of how long it?s going to take. Doesn?t help that the tracker is... completely useless. Called and was told my order was done and that it will be there soon, before I gave my name or any orderdetails. Again, good food, bad service, delivery or otherwise. Read more

I?m Muslim and I found bacon bites in both of my pizzas (cheese and chicken). I didn?t know of my pizza having bacon until I ate... 3 slices and then realized I was chewing something that was not chicken. As we picked through one pizza, I saved another fullpizza to take it back. I called the store and received a very rude response from the manager of the store. Today is August 27th,and the manager of the store of that date told me to bring it and I did, and then she said there was nothing she could do aboutit. She looked at it and stated that ?the pizza was not covered in bacon?. Her exact words. She was refusing to remake mypizzas or even give me a refund. Very disappointed. Read more
Officially done with ordering dominos. I have been coming to this dominos for awhile now but have been seeing the downhill trend... continue to worsen and worsen each order. I had to drive out to the store at 1:56am to figure out what was going on with myorder. Mind you I have Covid and order for contactless and made sure to let them know to leave the order at the door when theygot here. They failed to do the and when I got to the restaurant an hour after they closed according to google I had to bang onthe door extremely hard to get someone?s attention, when getting someone?s attention they said that the driver said no oneanswered the door yet I told them it was contactless. They said oh he?s new and doesn?t know contactless yet they gave him thedirections which clearly state to leave at the door. Not sure what?s hard about reading that slip. It?s the same as a regularone. Wasn?t even offered a refund or anything. And to top it off they didn?t even cut the pizza either! They need to get ittogether. Downward trend will end bad for them. We had quite the experience today. Ordered online to deliver to work. We got somebody else's order, but they happily replaced... our food free of charge. And I can now say, I am a believer in the Domino's chicken wings, holy smokes. The food was impeccable,driver was chill and awesome, upbeat. Liberty took the online order and handled the phone when I called and she was wonderful. 5Stars overall, thanks guys! Read more
