Ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app to be ready ASAP. Still had to wait over 10 minutes for them to be ready when I got there.

Great place to get coffee flavored water. Dunkin's quality I feel has really fallen over the years.

I just waited 30 minutes in your dining room for a mobile order for a sourdough breakfast sandwich. None of your workers... would give me the time of day. After 30 minutes I grabbed the slip and asked for a refund. I received $5.98 as my refund afterwaiting for 30 minutes only to find out I actually paid you crooks $6.58 because apparently it's more expensive to buy thingsthrough the app than it is in person. Two employees up to their eyeballs in drinks to make and two useless dopes randomlyappearing from out back but never thinking they should come help. Learn how to run a business before your entire customer baseis gone. I'll never be back. Read more

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, a medium hot coffee, and hash browns. The only thing hot was the coffee. Hash... browns and croissant were marginally warm (maybe too generous), and the bacon was way more chewy than it should be. Hadn't beento Dunkin in 3 years and this was an extremely disappointing return. Not sure I want to go back anytime soon. Read more

Was in store, only person inside. Got stared at by all 4 workers. Was standing there being patient at first as they're making... the drive thru orders. No verbal communication what so ever. There was no"well be right with you" or"just a sec" I got startedat. So I said, "okay, have a great day ladies" turned and left a they clearly stared again as I left. I just don't understandhow your customer service can be that low to not verbally communicate to someone. Especially knowing I was there, just sodumbfounded. Not the first time having a bad experience as the handful of times ordering here there is always something wrongwith it. Read more

The cashier asked me to repeat myself 5 times during my one simple order. This place has no order. It was a mad house. They gave... me someone else's coffee, and I had to wait extra long for my actual coffee. I ended up getting my coffee and someone else mademy coffee as well. Both were done 5 seconds from each other. They need better communication. Read more
