Over the past five years I have ordered from this location periodically. I haven't done so often, but when I have, I've been... happy. My methods of ordering: walk in and delivery. My go to had been one closer to my home where I had ordered from at least50 times over two years. I'd say 75% of the time the closest one to me got their orders wrong, I was drinking coffee grinds, orregular items were out of stock. Not 7 Riverside. They are awesome. This location actually has seasonal items like pumpkinmuffins, donuts and coffee when I order them. I know that shouldn't be a shocker to get what you ask for but that's what happenswhen the bar has been set so low by others. Thank you 7 Riverside!!! Read more

Normal I have great friendly service not the case today. What has happen to customer service don't get me wrong I totally... understand not having a good day or being stress bc your short-handed but don't be rude to the customer that aren't being rudejust trying to order their coffee. Nice place to get coffee. It is kind of hidden but you can find the place easy. The building is kind of old, but the coffee is... good. My weakness are the Boston Creams, I have had too many. ?I guess no true Bostonian would trust a place that was sunny andpleasant all the time. But a gritty, perpetually cold and gloomy neighborhood?
