Takes too long to get the ice cream once you've ordered. I ordered two scoops of mint chocolate chip and waited 10 mins.
I ordered a banana split. The girl asked me what flavors I wanted. I told her to suprise me, because I'm not picky. She gave... me dutch chocolate, french vanilla, and peanut butter. All excellent choices. They served it to me and it was huge. It wasdelicious and well worth the money. I am here working this week from Tennessee. If I come back, I will give them my businessagain. Very poorly run. Entire staff is comprised of all teenagers who have no clue how to do their jobs. Cashier doesn't know which... buttons to push, a large soft serve looks like a baby dish, we ordered 3 icecreams and 4 groups behind us with multiple peoplerecieved their orders before us. I completely understand the learning process as these are 'kids' but there should be some typeof shift leader or someone with experience on staff to explain to them how this should work. I I just found out they have hard serve ice cream peach delicious I love peach ice cream more than any other ice cream nobody... else has it. And you get a great big serving for the price. Compared to tables and Roy's all beef hamburgers you get three timesthe ice cream. Read more
Delicious everytime! My family and I love coming here. There are tons of flavors to choose from as well as toppings, and they... even have different options for what kind of cone you'd like as well. Finally stopped in to try Giffords after living in the area for 3 years. Got the chocolate lovers chocolate in a waffle cone. I... was not prepared for how much ice cream I was served lol.
