This is not a 1 star only because the employees were doing their best. Not their blame. Ordered online. Told me to be there in... a half hour. Got there and it was chaos. Bunch of people whose sandwiches were not done as scheduled were in the small waitingarea. One of my 3 sandwiches was ready. The only one ordered hot. The other two took just over 20 minutes to get out. Inthat time, people were coming in, ordering there and leaving with their sandwiches. Their system just doesn?t work if they arebusy. The sandwiches my wife and I got were pretty good! I'm giving 3 stars because they had 9 employees working, with only 4... customers in the shop during lunchtime. The sandwiches are a little pricey, and paying 9 employees to make 4 sandwiches makes nosense at all, especially as most of them spent the majority of the time waiting for a sandwich to get to their station. It seemslike a very inefficient and expensive way to make a sandwich. Maybe have less employees and pass the cost saving down to thecustomer? Read more

Very disappointed, asked for a PLAIN! steak and cheese. Meat and cheese only. Got home. Sandwich was loaded with onions and... mayo! Both of which i despise! Called store asked to speak with manager. Dude gets on the phone kinda rudely. Ask?s me to wait!Which i did. Stated my concern! He asked me for my receipt. Informed him i did not get a receipt. he then asked me for my phonenumber and said he would call me back! 3 hours have passed and no phone call! Went to check in the menu and possibly order something. Unfamiliar with the ordering process I stood there for 10 mins and no... one approached me. A week later I tried again, same experience, but yo be fairctgey were busy...2 weeks later, I wrntcjb to buytwo 25 dollar gift certificates, a girl approached me to ask if I needed some help. Told her of what I wanted and she said thislady would help me....The "HELPER" was to busy opening change into the cash register to even acknowledge me, waited 5 mins (that's how slow she was in opening the coin sleeves) and still no acknowledgement...Bought 4 25 dollar certificates at FireHouse ...done with u guys Read more
