I wish I could give ZERO stars the people that work here have no personality and no customer service skills at all. Put a smile... on ur face and make ur customers feel welcome. Don?t give them attitude and roll ur eyes at them. So disrespectful. Drive 30 minto grab a pizza for my son to tell me that they are so backed up and haven?t put it in the oven yet when the app said a certaintime when I placed the order before I left! And some customers had the same problem. Just a horrible experience and then shewanted me to put my code in instead of handing it to me I?m like I don?t know the code because I went in for my husband andforgot. So she handed it to me. Called store 3 times and no answer, I get to the store and inside to order my food with a 15 min wait which is actually longer... than they said. I see employees ignoring multiple phone calls over my 20 min wait which would have been avoided IF they hadanswered the phone. Read more
Little Caesars Pizza is good. Especially for $5 when you can grab and go. The breadsticks are even better because they're... fresher. Unfortunately this experience I got a pizza that I think had been sitting there too long. I got home and it definitelywasn't a pizza I would never have given money for had I known it tasted like that. Multiple times I have experienced my pizza made incorrectly. I am allergic to cheese and specify this on my order details. I... have had multiple pizzas with cheese despite this and wait for it to be remade. Mistakes happen so I understand, but today Idid not have time to wait for another. I requested a refund and was told there was nothing they could do so I had to wait for anew one which was quickly made and sub par. I called the Caesers help line to explain this and request a single pizza refund butafter 30 minutes on hold I gave up on it. Due to poor customer service, this will be my last pie at Caesers. Service was friendly. Food was on part with what I expect from a Little Caesars. But the lobby has no benches. I had to wait 10... minutes for my food with nowhere to sit. Some benches would have been nice. Docking a star for the absent benches. Read more
If I could leave a 0 star review, that's what I would be leaving. Last night I visited this location and ordered 3 pizzas online... to be picked up from the portal Box. When I arrived and took my pizzas out of the portal, I had 2 customers approach me and letme know that, as the employee was loading my pizzas into the portal pick-up box, one of my pizzas had been dropped, slid out ofthe box and onto the floor. They told me that he put back into the box, and into the portal to be served to me. When the tall,heavy set young man, was confronted with this, he lied to me and told me that it did not touch the floor. There were 2 witnesseswho said otherwise. He then told me that they had planned to make me a new one, but could not answer me as to why they had putthat pizza back into the box, and into the portal to be served. If I had not been told by the other customers, I would havetaken that pizza home and served it to my children. That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! Our family ordered 5 pizzas yesterday for daughter's birthday. We have 5 kids 2 adults. We ordered 2 Extra most bestest Cheese,... 2 ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni, and 1 regular pepperoni and got a free 2 Liter with online order and delivery with coupon code.OMG it was sooo good!!!! We haven't eaten out or ordered out since Covid. I don't trust my food is safe but I caved in andordered from little Cesar's after seeing commercials of safety and stuff. It was believable that they are taking everyprecaution to keep food safe and little to no interaction with delivery and after food is done it's not touched.nThays extremelyimportant to us. Our child is very high risk husband and myself. I must say that it's better then we expected! The cheese wassooo good just right amount of sauce loaded with cheese how I like it. It was tasty didn't need seasoning. Kids really enjoyedit! Delivery was quick and safe. Door dash called me to verify where to place pizza. I put a note on my order to set on tablebut not sure he saw that. So I told him place on table outside on porch. He was very nice on phone and thanked him..I reallyappreciated that he wore a mask even though nobody was around near him when delivering. pizza was a surprise for daughter bchaven't had in so long.
