I always have to tell them to make sure my crispy chicken sandwich is crispy and I always have to send my fries back as they are... never hot and crispy, they are always like warm and soggy, mcd's better step it up as there are a lot more places to go to eat! Read more
If you're going to work there, how about not telling customers you're too stressed to deal with a question, or how about you not... tell someone that they don't need the sweet tea they ordered, just get whatever you want, I wanted the sweet tea, didn't realizeit would take a third person, I believe management to actually get me the tea and be polite. Was in drive through, they told me I had to wait. The person in the other lane wasn't ready to order and they said I had to... wait. Wouldn't be shocked to hear that they would leave drugs in a child's happy meal again. This place is terrible. Read more
Poor service and completely disrespectful people. Completely incompetent of making anything correctly as I just ordered 4... breakfast Burritos and an egg muffin with bacon and I got an egg with ham and bacon one bun was a biscuit the other was amuffin. Very upset! I used to work at McDonald's for 3 years. I asked for a Oreo mcflurry. I said I'd like my mcflurry half full with... extra Oreos. I paid for extra, that's all dandy. Well I get handed the mcflurry and it's half full with no extra Oreos ifanything it's less. So I ask the cashier can I please get more Oreos. She replies that is extra and argued with me instead ofJust making her customer happy she argued with me.. so I said ok scince I paid full price for the mcflurry plus extra for "special request" with no extra Oreos then give me half of a mcflurry. She wanted the original mcflurry, and would do it againwith a full mcflurry. I said NO ILL KEEP THIS ONE and give me a half full mcflurry. Long story short I had to get the managerand she still fought me on it being extra Oreos ....how would you know did you watch her dispense the Oreos yourself because Iwatched and you did not...she did end up giving me the other half of ice cream with no Oreos. When I used to work at McDonald'swhen someone asked for more Oreos I'd give it to them. Is the cost of Oreos coming out of your pocket?
