Terrible service was waiting for two Uber orders and the gentleman told me that I would be waiting at least 15 mins for my... second order. That was fine but my first order was taken by someone else because they are not writing names on the bags I had tocancel the order and loose the money. Very upsetting. Read more

I ordered four drinks. Ask for a carry holder for them. And when someone went to get one for me I was told sorry we can't give... you one. We have to say them for delivery orders. I was by myself trying to carry four drinks. How is that? Any different thansomeone trying deliver them. Read more

Good, quick, and friendly service. A Variety of products available. Loved the jazz playing when we were in. I'd hang out and get... stuff done in there if I were in the area more often. Perfect peaceful atmosphere. Read more

I don't know what's happening here but they need to do something. Waited 45 mins and no cold brew and no food. They offered to... make the drinks with ice coffee instead. Gross. The drink tasted like water. Then I get to go to dunkin. Right in and right out.Got my food and drinks there. Took under 5mins. The lobby again was closed with only a sign on the door. So people seeing 80cars line parked and walked in only to see a small sign closed. If they can't keep things stocked they should up date their appand put up signs. I wasted $11 and and hour of my time. Read more

Went to this Starbucks not long after having gone into the Walmart nearby. My two brothers and I were already in a rush to get... home, and we pull up to see a huge line. No big deal: Starbucks is popular anyways. We get to the window about 5 minutes later, and order two mocha frappes (one tall and one venti) and one caramel frappe (venti, almond milk as a substitute since myslightly younger brother is lactose intolerant.) Normally, this experience would have been good: I've been going to thisStarbucks every Friday since I started the weekly walmart trips with my brother. However, for some reason it takes an employee awhole 15 minutes to make whipped cream. That's right: After 10 minutes in the line, it took them 15 minutes to make whippedcream, and another 5 minutes to finish up my brother's drink. we spent a whole 35 or more minutes in a Starbucks line, when itcould have been maybe 20 max. I somewhat the Baristas for what happened: It's not their fault there was a line, it's partiallynot their fault it was semi-slow. But taking 15 whole minutes to make whipped cream is ridiculous. TLDR: If they say they're outof whipped cream, don't bother. It takes 15 minutes to make. Read more

I come here pretty often. The staff is warm and welcoming. I usually can get my favorite drink. A venti blonde iced late with 3... pumps of caramel and 3 pumps of toffee nut. Most people seem to get angry as they do run out of ingredients quickly andsometimes are missing ingredients for almost a week. The staff do their best for alternatives and substitutions. If Starbuckscorporate sees this. Please rebuild the building or move the staff to another location up to specifications set by the othershops around the country. The speakers can't play bass, the staff is constantly saying sorry and coming through to walk 2 peoplearound each other. They need space, storage and air for the staff whom are usually beaded with sweat. This will help the staffbe more efficient and happy. Read more

The baristas work VERY hard here. People who complain about being out of different items or the long wait times clearly do not... understand what is happening in the world today. Staffing is an issue EVERYWHERE. I read reviews on this location and realizejust how ignorant people are to what is happening in the world around them. The U.S. is a dumpster fire. Starbucks is not immuneto the happenings around us. Workplace shortage, distribution issues. Be kind to the people around you. You just never know whatsomeone else is battling. Read more

I?ve been going here since they opened and it?s the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Time and time again it?s a 25-30 minute... wait for a coffee with a small line. Each employee seems to be running their own show instead of working as an efficient team.If I have 30 minutes to spare, I?ll stop in but I usually don?t. Read more
