Employee made sandwiches quickly and was very friendly. Poor thing had to deal with a Karen and maintained her composure. If... ?Karen? was worried about allergies, she should not even be ordering at a place where all food is in close proximity to eachother. Good job employee for being so patient. A+++ food and service. We were here at 5 p.m. (they close at 8) trying to purchase meatball sandwiches. Were told they only had enough meatballs for a... 6 inch sub and he did not "want" to put anymore in the steamer and as such you have lost our business . Read more
I watched the kid cash out the customer in front of me, handle the money with plastic gloves on, then go on to start making my... sandwich with the same gloves he just held cash and change with. Didn't even change gloves or wash hands in between. Had toremind the kid making my sandwich to not handle money and food with the same gloves. Gross! Pretty sure it's a health codeviolation too.
