No stars. Spent 25 on two burgers and two small fries. Fries were cold and so were the burgers. Fast food should not cost 25 to... begin with. It would be nice if it were at least warm. Maybe this is why minimum wage should not be 15/hr. Read more

This is one of the cleanest spots I've seen in all of BK's locations. Even the furniture and curtains are maintained well. It... has a nice ambience. I was trying to place an order from my mobile app but it got stuck during checkout. I went ahead to placea dine-in order. On hearing my order, the staff immediately asked if I had placed a mobile order. I told her I tried to but theapp was non-responsive. She was nice enough to check my order to see if it had come through, and it had. If the staff hadn'tchecked it, I would have ended up double ordering. Interestingly, though all BK locations are meant to be standardized, Inoticed that their fries are crisper and more flavorful than the rest of the BK locations! Read more

Staff is somewhat friendly, food is ok. Mozzarella sticks were disgusting and I don?t even think they were cooked. The inside... was brown and squishy. The burgers are fine but don?t serve odd items if you can?t produce. Read more

Fries were fresh, that's about the only good thing I can say. Burger so cold cheese wasn't even partially melted. So much... ketchup/mustard it was all over the paper when I opened it - now all over my hands. And no a single napkin in my drive throughbag. Read more

Alright, it's time for me to get on my soapbox....enough is enough. I came to this BK location and ordered one of their new... French Toast Sandwiches. I specifically told them I wanted sausage and bacon with NO CHEESE. When I got home I noticed meltedcheese on my sandwich. Needless to say, I was miffed. How could they mess that up? I was the only customer inside therestaurant, and it wasn't crazy outside the pickup window. Shame on me for not checking my order before I left the restaurant.This isn't the first time this location has screwed up my order in recent months. About a month ago, I stopped by after work andordered a couple of hamburgers...I stated to the cashier, NO KETCHUP!! Naturally, I received both burgers WITH ONLY KETCHUP onthem! Luckily, I was in the dining area at the time, and had them make me a new batch of burgers. I will no longer frequent thislocation. What scares me is the fact that these people will be making $15 an hour soon. $15 an hour is a lot to pay someone whocan't follow simple instructions on how to make a burger, or sandwich properly. I remember it took me years to work my way up tomake $15 per hour in my career. I actually had to apply my mind, make decisions, and use critical thinking skills to get the jobdone for less than what these people make. It is very sad how far we've fallen as a society to tolerate this type of poorcustomer service. Read more
