Every time i go to this location for the past 3 weeks the price is differnt every day . And almost every time they get me... order wrong . Was there on thursday got the same thing i do every day and paid 6.74 to i went and paid 7.77 . If I could give it a zero I would. We asked for a dozen donuts and only got 6 but payed for a dozen donuts. Also I got a bagel... with cream cheese,I told them not to toast it and when I got it it came out chard. Read more
Usually this Dunkin location is the best in the area (rt 20 Auburn). Today though the hot coffee tastes burnt or not fresh. My... bagel sandwich had a not so fresh tasting bagel and the power breakfast sandwich bread was hard as a rock. That said two othersandwiches were fine and the iced coffee was fine. Will still go here but suggest they focus on quality improvement. Read more
Took them quite awhile to even come over and take my money. Once my vanilla chai cooled enough to drink, to my great... disappointment they gave me extremely watered down milk water that has no chai taste at all. They didn?t give me a receipt toreport to corporate & now they?re closed so I can?t even get my money back or an alternate beverage. I?ll never stop at thislocation again. Read more
This is my place I love seeing Alex one of the employees, she always says hello to me by using my first name. Only issue I have... every had was 2 times they forgot the bacon on my wraps. All in all a great location. Read more
Worst dunkin donuts around. The a.m. manager must be pretty lazy. Never have anything ready for morning rush. This morning for... example they only had plain bagels and no muffins at all. Have waited several times for over 5 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.Won't visit again. Read more
