I understand the staffing shortages. If you are going to close the lobby turn off on the go inside pickup. Choice is either... take a loss and avoid pickup or wait in drive thru line for 20 min. Read more
Went through drive through.ordered a med coffee with cream. Paid with DD gift Card. When I had I Chance to taste the coffee. It... had sugar in it. Checked the gift card receipt it shows med hot orig cof reg-cream & sugar. I don't use sugar in my coffee. Thatwas a waste of $2.56. Found a Cumberland Farms on my way home. Made my own coffee with cream. Cashier told me no charge. It'sfree coffee all day on Friday's in October. Read more
Great location. Always gets orders right. Has the great quality expected from Dunkin Donuts. Their "2 for x" deals are great for... families stopping for a quick bite. Always go early to get the best donuts. Read more
Duncan's is a New England tradition, modern one albeit, but a tradition nonetheless. I typically go here when I simply want an... iced coffee and I wanted to come out of certain way. There's really no innovation going on and the lines for the drive-thru arefairly insane for what they are serving, but who am I to criticize, I'm sitting in it! Staff was friendly, especially with how busy it was. Prices were good. I ordered a medium iced mocha latte, 2 orders of plain... stuffed bagel minis, and a chocolate glazed donut. The donut was correct, but unfortunately I got the everything bagel minis,even when the slip said plain (see picture 2). They were also cold and I had to heat them up when I got to my hotel (a 2 minutedrive from this Dunkin). As for the iced mocha latte, it wasn?t bad however it wasn?t mixed at all, the mocha swirls were all atthe bottom. I had to mix it myself when I got back to my hotel. The only reason the bagel minis were an issue for me is becausefor whatever reason my stomach can?t handle the everything ones, only the plain. So with getting the everything bagel minis Ihad to give them to my partner. This could be a big issue for people with dietary restrictions. Please always double checkbefore pulling away if you have dietary restrictions. Read more
