This place is awful. More often than not, this place is understaffed. My kid likes the fried chicken so I've had to wait in the... drive thru line for over 45 mins more than once. You get there and there might be four cars in line but you should just shutyour engine off because you're gonna spend your afternoon in line. Oh, and they might be out of everything by the time you getto the window. Most deserved 1 star I've ever given. Read more

Ordered in the drive-thru, wanted fries with a meal, but they gave me mac and cheese instead. When I went inside to get fries,... it was only then that they told me they didn't have any fries that day. They could have told me when I placed my order. Thanksfor wasting my time. Read more

Stopped in here for a Mac and Cheese bowl Spicy. At least this KFC knows how to make it right. My last KFC experience gave me... mashed potatoes instead of Mac and Cheese. This one was fantastic and plenty spicy. Staff super friendly and courteous. Read more

Everyone seems to experience the same thing, wrong orders, terrible service, uncaring staff. This is the closest kfc to me... however after last night i'm willing to drive a little farther just to actually get what i ordered. These complaints seem tofall on deaf ears, however i will continue to write to corporate, the management there needs to really really re-evaluate thetraining of the employees. I'm not saying every single one of them are uncaring, but a good chunk of them are. Making facesbehind people's backs, not listening to the customers, giving dirty looks to customers, not repeating back what the customerordered multiple people in the back walking around while only 1 person is taking orders for both the drive-thru and the frontcounter, soda bar being super sticky and missing nozzles. Maybe next time (if we go back to that location) my order is wrong,I'll skip corporate and get the local news stations involved. Read more

Yes I just ordered four piece combo chicken dinner, and it was supposed to come with fries and when I arrived home I found that... they didn't put fries in the box which I had already paid for. Terrible service. Thanks for ripping me off. And I tried to calltheir restaurant but no one answered the phone, how convenient. Read more
