I think the staff are very polite and have great customer service. I ordered food to go and the employee taking care of me was... so nice! They thanked me for being understanding and I totally get it, I work retail so I know everywhere is short staffed andit?s a struggle. I think if you aren?t willing to wait or be understanding to servers etc then maybe you shouldn?t go outespecially if an employee tells you they are busy or short staffed and you continue to be rude? Yep I know it?s a chain but the food here is consistently good, served by a fast and courteous wait staff and priced super... reasonable. If you have a hankering? for steak or salmon you can?t beat the value here. The new wings are super tasty too, dryrub without being dusty with spices. Read more

I wish I could value as a zero. Ordered with pick up and the food was atrocious! I ordered 3 different meals and 2 were barely... edible. I had the shrimp with ?beef medallions?. What I got was shrimp with 3 charred meat chunks. My son had the 12 oz primerib and felt he had cooked his first steak better. With the price of their food this is ridiculous! Read more

This visit was a grand slam! Service was very good, attentive, timely, and polite. Blooming onion and chicken wings were ... phenomenal! Had dinner tonight at the Outback in Auburn, Ma. Was one of the best experiences I have had! Ordered the steak and Tasmanian... shrimp with their mashed potatoes and broccoli. Was seasoned perfectly and I added no salt or pepper. It was awesome asserved! I called over the manager to compliment the entire meal. Service was timely and friendly. What else can I say???? Perfect. Highly recommend. Needless to say, you have a new customer..... As much as I like the Texas Roadhouse, this is a stepup! Had a bad experience at Ken's Steakhouse on Thanksgiving.
