I feel like they're understaffed right now, like many low paying jobs are right now. I felt very sorry for the young employees... that WERE there, trying their best to serve the hordes of grumpy hungry customers. Literally the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. They close the inside randomly, close the whole store randomly, and the... drive-thru is the slowest I?ve ever experienced. They always forget something from your order, and oh the lobby is closed sogood luck sitting 20+ back in drive-thru to get it. I needed to get something quick to eat last night and the KFC portion wasclosed and they had no beef. Read more
Love the food usually but left before ordering last Friday eve Auburn Ma. ONLY ONE YOUNG MAN appeared to be working ... never... saw another staff in the whole place. Woman in front of us had been in the line for 10 minutes & no progress in 10 min. I give4 stars for the only server I saw just for showing up. Read more
Never thought I would leave a review for a Taco Bell, but this was literally THE BEST we have ever had. Whatever cook they had... on 9/24 at 9pm knows what they are doing! We even had to drive back through to tell them it was so incredible. Plus theemployees were also great! In so many locations, TB has gone downhill, but this location KILLED it! All of y?all are complaining about getting the order wrong but I was heavily blessed because of their mistakes. The worst fast food location I have ever been to. Not just for Taco Bell, but any fast food chain. They?re so slow it can take... upwards of 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 5 cars ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru linebefore going inside where I waited for 4 more minutes without anyone even coming to the front to take my order so I finally justleft. This was a great example of turning a location in the right direction. A great interior remodel, clearly well managed, low... prices, clean, efficient, plus they were generous with the portions. I rarely re-review places, however, this was an exception.Highly recommend. I included my previous review 2 years prior, 3 stars. "A bit dirty, had to wipe my own table. Decent prices.Food was good. literally a disaster of a restaurant. i have stopped by five times, hungry on my way home from a long shift just for them to be... closed?- all on different occasions?- and their ?system is down? really? 5 times ur system is down? and tonight, they?re closedfor ?mandatory cleaning? two hours before close, no update on the menu. its starting to get ridiculous. update the hours, orstay open. i manage a store with a severe staffing crisis, yet our customers are always informed. not to mention they move at aglacial pace the very few times they are open. so stupid i pray these employees get a better manager because i know its not onthem. get it tf together or close this location until you can.
