This Dunkin' is by far the worst in the area. The older employees there are horrible. I worked for Dunkin' for 2+ years so I... know how hard and stressful it can be, but at 6am when there are no other customers, there is no need to be disrespectful to me.I was very kind, used a nice tone and respect and yet I was yelled at and talked horribly to. Regardless if you like it, yourjob is in customer service and until the customer gives you a reason to be disrespectful you are expected to treat them withrespect. To whoever owns or runs this location, you need to do better. Your employees need to do better. Dunkin' themselves needto do better. People need to be help accountable for their actions. I did not get the woman's name, but she had darker hair andwas older, and every interaction I have had at this Dunkin' has been horrible because of her. I cannot believe that a woman likeher would have any authority to speak over people or even be allowed to speak to customers with the way she is. I work in the coffee shop industry and I have never had a worst experience at a Dunkin?. Today, 5/25/22 , I went thru the drive... thru around 8am and we had four cars in front of us. When we got to the speaker the lady asked us to repeat our coffees andhalfway through our first sentence she cut us off and told us to come up when we didn?t finish ordering. We told her we?re notin a rush if she needed a second and she snapped at us so we pulled up. When we got to the window we had the complete wrongorder. We asked them to remake our coffees and I could hear the order taker in the background mocking us loudly to others behindthe counter. THEN our sandwiches were so cold in the middle! I went to the drive through just after 5am on 4/25/2022 and ordered 4 espressos over ice and hummus toast. I order that every... day. It costs $9.33. they tried to tell me it was $17.54. When I told them that's wrong they were rude and said "well espressosare expensive". Yeah I know I get them every day but they aren't that expensive. They proceeded to argue with me about it. Thenafter about 10 minutes of going back and forth and doing the math on their phones they finally realized that they were wrong.I'm so disappointed in their behaviors. It was very rude. They even went as far to say "well you ordered 4 espressos they are$1.40 each". Yeah $1.40 each that's only $5.60 where is the other $11.94 of my supposed $17.54 order?
