The staff and wait time are the perks here... friendly staff and wait was under 5min. The pricing was a sticker shock... Ill... explain why below. Not very happy with the amount of food I got I got a Mac and chicken bowl meal with fries the Mac and cheese bowl was what a 1... or 2 year old would eat and the fries also it was cold the chicken pieces were tiny the only thing that was right was my sodathey were very friendly but I was on my way to work so I didn?t open it til I got there the service wasn?t the problem it?s theprice I paid for a meal for it to be enough for a child just not happy at all I don?t usually complain but this time I had toosorry. Had to wait 20 mins for 4 orders of fries and 1 order of tenders at 8pm , no one else therealso cashier charged me 2.00 for... coupons I wasn't even asked for... and thought by me not looking at my receipt I wouldn't notice. Delicious as usual. They were busy with a wait time, but an employee that I chatted with in the parking lot noticed that I was... with a large group, so she went in and made sure that we were well taken care of expediently. Great service. Read more
Good news the staff was friendly and courteous. The bad news- no coleslaw, no Pepsi, no sprite , fountain machine broke. Then we... ate- pot pies were burnt and the Mac and cheese was bottom of the barrel and burnt more than the pot pies! Worst meal ever atauburn ny location. Read more

My Husband just went to this location and it took over an hour to get his food! This is uncalled for?.. the work ethics of our... young people in this country has gone to hell..
