I ordered through a drive-through. After receiving the order, I asked for the credit card and the receipt for the order. The... person who processed the order (who looked like a manager based on his attire) claimed that he already handed the credit cardand the receipt. Since I definitely did not receive them, I kept asking. He then suddenly started saying "Why would I steal fromyou?" and "Since you are accusing me of stealing money, I won't talk to you." In the end, he found the credit card from hischest pocket and returned it without any apology. He then said "Why would I steal money from you? I have more money", then shutthe window with all his force. Avoid this location at all costs... p.s. I didn't even get my honey mustard dipping. haha Read more
Have been coming here for a while and never seem to have a good experience. This last time I ordered a food and the inside was... closed due to staffing. Not sure why you would need to close inside due to staffing. All I wanted was access to the drinkmachine so I can select a soda on the 100+ flavored machines?guy at the window wasn?t helpful Read more
Confrontational Terry. This guy has some major issues that need to be professionally addressed. Maybe his family member or... spouse is Affiliated with Burger King in a high place because this dude behavior is unethical. Dude shouldn?t even have a joblet alone be an assistant manager. Got halfway through my first sauce, which tasted kinda funky until a found a coagulated chunk of something (gag). I tossed it... and opened the other sauce that they gave me and found this. Was sick for 4 days, projectile leaking from both ends. ContactedBurger King, and haven?t heard a word. Avoid this location like the plague. Read more
Took my son for lunch here on early release day. The staff was very hard working, professional and efficient. Shay was pretty... much amazing! She was pretty much a one women show, going from front counter to drive thru without missing a beat! The entiretime she was very nice, fast, and very accommodating! She didn't let the stress of being short staffed effect her attention tocustomer service! Shay, you are the definition of customer service with a smile! Extremely terrible trashy rude employees at the auburn outlet collection location. If they make mistake, don't expect they will... do anything, they will refuse to correct it. And this over weight black woman at the window does overcharge customers onpurpose and refuse to refund!!!!! Read more
My order of two spicy chicken sandwiches and 10 chicken nuggets took about 15 minutes. My order came out before the guy in front... of me. We were the only two customers ordering at the time. He ordered a Whopper and a drink. This was the only time I've hadto wait this long for any fast food while the back was fully staffed. Read more
