Have ordered from this Location twice. Once an online order and once over the phone. Both times my order has been cancelled.... Both orders were placed around 12am and the store closes at 1am so I am not sure why they would cancel the order. Superinconvenient and hard to get ahold of the actual store location. Everytime I call it sends to me a call center who are useless.We cannot get ahold of the store for a refund on our pizza now. Stole our money and cancelled the order without a refund. Read more
Great pizza etc., quick delivery to the house and work. Our food is always hot and right side up. The drivers are polite and... have been very respectful in regards to covid protocols throughout. I really appreciate that they call when they are out ofsomething or if they are unable to deliver (it almost never happens). There have been foibles but all in all we have been veryhappy. Read more
We are passing through and were hungry. We chose this poorly rated domino. We ordered in store. The staff was very friendly... and I wanted some more sauce. No problem and 12 minutes later my pasta and my colleague's pizza were ready. We drove to ourhotel and ate the very hot dishes. The food was delicious and plentiful. Awful experience with this dominos. Never had a problem with any other dominos before and I?ve ordered from many different... locations. I?m not one to post reviews in general, but thats how bad this service was! Tried to give them a second, and nowthird chance to give them the benefit of the doubt. My guess is bad management. I had gotten curbside delivery for my order which they did not do. I had waited outside and no one came out so I ended up having... to go way to pick up my order. Not to mention I had paid extra for cheese which was not on my pizza. Also there was only enoughof the caramel dipping sauce just to fill the bottom of the pan literally. This place is small and always busy. The employees are friendly and the service is fast. They have an order-tracker system so... you know almost exactly when your pizza is ready if you're doing take out. This is our go-to pizza place because of ourexperience with Papa Murphy's(see review) The pizza here won't win any awards, but it's tasty, and what's more; it is extremelyconsistent.
