Smoothies are great! The only complaint I have is they are very slow. The mid shift rush is six people deep. I need a quick... smoothie before work and have to leave at least a half hour earlier than normal to be sure I can get a smoothie. Owners! Pleasehire more help for mid shift. I want to give you money but I don?t want to wait 15-20 minutes for a smoothie. Additionally, I donot want this to go against the hard working girls behind the counter. Smoothies taste good, I wish we could see how they make it because I have suspicions that I?m not getting the boosters that I... asked for, while being charged for them. The smoothies are good and the customer service is relatively good as well. Its just that I strangely havent hit 15points once... to redeem since Ive been going consistently since Sept 2021 so their redemption points seem elusive to obtain. Every day its ?Ohnext time youll be at 15pts? and yet I am never at 15pts. I spend at minimum $10 each time too. They also never ask for yournumber for their loyalty system so you have to actively remember to give them your number yourself. Read more
