Slow service despite being empty. But the real problem was absolutely filthy silverware. We had to ask for three different... napkin wrapped sets of silverware before we found utensils clean enough to eat off of. Some of the utensils had large chunks offood stuck on them as if they were grabbed off a plate that was just picked up after a customer left! It was horrible anddisgusting and we asked to see the manager but only got to give our complaints to our waitress who was very nice and a prettygood server despite the silverware issue. Read more

The staff here are working so hard, but there are so many tables for just 2 servers working. It took us awhile for our server to... come by and offer our friends who joined us, by no fault of her own because shes just been so busy. I got the Steak Omeletteand it was fantastic. I asked for no tomato and it came with tomato but that happens. The server was apologetic and offered tohave the kitchen ?take it off for me? and I decided it would probably be faster if I just picked them out versus thekitchen. Everyone in our group of 4 loved their food. The staff are working so hard running around trying to be able to seat,serve and clean with a small staff. It was nice to see the manager come out to help seat and clean. Until I realized he onlyhelped for 5 minutes on the floor then we hadn?t seen him again. TLDR; staff are friendly, food was great, service is slowerdue to staff shortage. Read more
Food is always consistent, which is why you come to iHop. My concern is over the slow service. To no fault of the staff who are... clearly working hard, the reason for the low review is because of the lack of staff which contributes to the slow service.Hopefully they can prioritize staff to make it more manageable. Huge fan of this location and the staff. We come here often and enjoy Hopi hour. It's an amazing Deal any time of the year. Good... food I have never had an issue with under cooked french toast. Read more
The restaurant was empty for 5 pm dinner time. We ordered breakfast for dinner. The waitress, Rebekah was nice, friendly and... professional. It did take awhile to get our food after ordering, for an empty restaurant. My wife ordered chicken fried steakand eggs. I ordered the Spicy Poblano omelet. My granddaughter had the short stack of pancakes. The portion sizes were very niceand large. The chicken fried steak was just warm. The omelet was warm to cool at best. The pancakes were hot and fantastic. MySpicy Poblano omelet was a real good "Meat Lovers" omelet. No Spicy, no peppers just lots of meat. I should not complain, exceptI was expecting Spicy Poblano. We did not complain, eat our food, paid, tipped our waitress and left. Read more
