I ordered from the drive through. I ordered 3 egg rolls and I ultimate cheese burger and the lady asked if I wanted the meal or... just the burger I said the meal. She than asked me what size I said a medium with a coke zero. I than asked for 3 butter milkranches. I get to the window paid for my stuff and reach in for fry and there wasn't any or any ranches. I pull back around andshe says you didn't get a meal and were closed and closed the window and walked away! Horrible customer service! Read more
One of the best Jack in the box I have ever been to. It was extremely crowded in the Drive-Thru however the flow was excellent... as the ladies at the drive up window got everyone through the line quickly I was very impressed. Read more
They did me so wrong today and it was ridiculous. So I wetht thereIorder the chicken nugget combo I didn?t check my bag because... I?ve been there before and never had a problem. So soon as I got home I changed the baby?s diaper then went to eat and noticed Ididn?t have any chicken nuggets they gave me a sirracha burger I hate sirracha sauce so i took it back they didngive me areceipt so I showed in my bank account that I purchased it and I had the burger with me un eatin. The Mexican woman that wassupposed to be the manager laughed in my face and told I couldn?t get what I ordered and if I didn?t get out there drive thruthey was calling the police. I will never come back here by far they lost a customer and I hope they never do this to anyoneelse I basically got robbed for 21.32 and I will be calling corporate in the morning because they really did me wrong. She justsitting there laughing in my face because they messed up my order. I eat fast food all the time I?m not not gonna lie about somefood and I had everything that was paid for in the bag. I eat pretty healthy food but still have a weak spot for junk food sometimes. I came here after 11pm and ordered a 10pc chicken... nuggets, curly fries, and a regular fry for my wife. The chicken nuggets were disgusting, tasted like burnt plastic or burntoil, they were terrible and I threw them away after eating one. I've never done that before and I've been to jack in the boxprobably 60 times. My curly fries were edible but dry and stale, definitely tasted like they sat in a warmer for a while orsomething. Ordered two things. They forgot one but handed me an extra bag saying it was all there. Pulled out of the lot to find they... missed my kid?s meal. I knocked on the door. They wouldn?t let me in. Went to the drive up mic and they said I had to wait inthe drive through line for the rest of the order. They wouldn?t come out and the line was looong and it was super slow when Ialready waited through it the first time. Now they won?t answer their phones. Total rip-off. I want my money back! The food here has been consistent and I prefer coming here for 24/7 meals when working long hours or running errands. I think... their service could be better but considering the pandemic.. and typical staff of 2 people.. it's understandable. The linemoves slow and many times you do have to wait.. however the meals are made to order. So just wait. The irritations I have hadare not something they can control.. short staff and credit card machines not working. Food quality has always been asexpected. However due to chicken shortages among other major ingredients, this is to be expected. Read more
