Ordered 100.00 plus worth of food and my cheesesteak with extra cheese came with no cheese at all.
Had a sandwich and it had a shard of plastic in it. Like whaaaaaat? It was the size of a half dollar and it was mixed in with... the lettuce. 7 months pregnant almost choked and pulled it out of my mouth when it stabbed my upper gum. Do better because my 6year old also had a sandwich and it could have easily killed my baby.. Read more
Been there twice recently as they are just off the interurban trail. They have a nice bathroom and cold drinks among sandwiches... and chips. Read more
Incredible customer service. I had a last minute catering order. They prefer 24hrs notice on an order like this. We had a... tragedy at work and my wife suggested that I buy sandwiches. I went in and the workers were extremely cool and understandingabout me placing a large order. I will 100% be going back to them time and again for catering orders. The employees working thismorning at opening all deserve raises for going above and beyond. Read more

I am not completely sure what is going on with the Jersey Mike's Subs location in Auburn. This is my third consecutive time... getting a horrible sandwich from them. As you can see from my picture, the sandwich bread was stale and crumbling apart. Verydisappointed and at this point I will never eat another sandwich from this location. Read more

I used to love Jersey Mike's, but the prices are now outrageous. I just came in for a large sub for lunch and it cost me over... $21. This was with no side or drink, just a sandwich. These prices are way too high for a sandwich. I can find a lot more valueelsewhere. Read more
