After a long day of shopping with kids we had dinner at the outlet mall location of Johnny Rockets. The food was delicious.... Everything was as we ordered it, hot and fresh. My Mom loves the shakes at Johnny Rockets at the Auburn Outlet Mall. I love everything there? I had the Route 66 double (my... favorite although honestly, it?s all great) and my favorite Hershey?s chocolate strawberry shake which were sooo delicious. Theservice is always good. At the mall we were looking for a place to eat and thought a burger would be nice. We walked in and looked for a table to sit at... but it looked like a Sasquatch was in charge of cleaning. Over half the tables were unoccupied but not a single one was clean. Ifigured if that's the attention they pay to cleanliness in the dining room, I don't want to know how bad the kitchen is. Unfortunately this is the second time my wife and I have been let down by this location. The first time my wife wanted fries so... we ordered fries to go, waited 30 minutes and no fries, we just left as they didn?t even take payment when we ordered. Thesecond time was on a Thursday. The time was around 6:45pm, the place was dead, walked up to the counter and was told ?We areclosed?. What?s weird is their own door says they close at 9:00pm, google and apple say they close at 8:00pm, and the workersaid they close at 7:00pm. Get it together. We went here solely because of all the signs for the new milkshake flavors. However, they told us they couldn't make those. They... also no longer offer items made with peanut butter so that eliminates a few of the items on their menu, as well. The food is alittle pricey for mall food but it was decent tasting and was made fresh. It's a cute little place, too. Also, fyi if you paywith cash you need the exact amount. Read more
Its located in the mall near by merry go around n indoor play ground. It was interesting experience to try out the place says*... We RESERVE the RIGHTS to REFUSE service to anyone*. The person asked if I have covid vaccine proof( card, picture, mychart, etc)at the door. The fries, big portion for 2adults but nothing special like a fast food. The burger was ok(pickles, tomatos greenleaf). Lukewarm patty didnt leave any good impression though. Milk shake was melt more than half so easily swallow like a softdrink. Overall, as my personal experience, the food was not great. Of course, if you were starving after shopping, it must betasty n wouldnt care lukewarm pattie or 80%melt shake. The the location management is poor. Ever since I?ve gone they haven?t had lemonade, peanut butter shakes, vegan shakes, onion... rings. The lasts 2 times I?ve gone they didn?t have napkins or forks. I?ve tried giving the location a second chance but Iwould just recommend going to another place. Plenty other places that are cleaner more affordable and better staffed. The poorwaiter was doing at least 10 tables on his own a couple weekends ago. The manager needs to step it up or get fired it?s beenlike that for years now. Read more
