Definitely not your average donut shop. This is mainly a specialty donut shop. If you're looking for a dozen donuts this is not... your place. Average tier donuts are only about 10% of their offerings and their average tasting at best, think Safeway donuts.If you're looking for one item to share with a person on a date this is probably great but for a bunch of random donuts for theoffice or something I would absolutely go somewhere else. My husband and I went to Legendary Doughnuts in Covington yesterday at 2:43 p.m. We ordered a maple bar and some boozy balls. ... When we paid for the order, the girl helping us told us their store does not accept cash because of thefts and that we could usea credit card which I did. She neglected to inform me that there is a surcharge of 3.5% for using a credit card. I did notknow that until after we left. I was really shocked and furious about that. Since I was not informed before using the card, Iwas not given the option whether to buy or not. Also, I did not have the option to pay cash which I wanted to in the firstplace. This is unethical not to allow cash and only accept credit cards where a surcharge/penalty is incurred on the customer. Plus the maple bar was dry and not very good. Not a good way to run a business. This place is a 'must visit' whenever I'm in WA. Monster size doughnuts for a very good sweet indulgence. My kids love getting a... breakfast treat (only one per trip), and I am 'forced' to get one myself. Their Fat Albert is always a hit and the Apple Fritteris amazing - of course a Maple and Bacon bar isn't far behind. Anyway, great place for a tasty treat (pictures from their site). Read more

Today was my first time back into Legendary Doughnuts in 8 years. And to my absolute delight ???? they have REAL Cannolis! Wow... that is only the second place that I've found them since moving to the west coast 22 years ago, and the other place went out ofbusiness. And treats for our 4 legged fur babies ???? The clerk was friendly and observed all covid sanitization protocol. Thankyou for making me feel so happy today! See you soon. Read more

Only thing Legendary are the freakin' excessive prices! $2.65 for a Doughnut LOL! Never going back at these prices! Good... Dougnuts though. Read more
