Drove 20 miles to pick up at a location that was open till 10 pm. Placed 2 seperate orders to take advantage of the Beyond Bogo... deal. Only to have them not make one of the orders because they thought it was a mistake. No call, nothing. Barely an apology.They were more focused on a dead bird they found. Terrible. Avoid if possible. Staff is rude, ignorant and argumentative. Rushed through the order, even though there were no other customer (two minutes later... staff observed on cellphone leaning on counter) messed it up twice. Read more
We walked in just as the only person in line was finishing up. We stood and were waiting to be helped by the two other employees... which were standing there doing absolutely nothing. They didn't make eye contact or acknowledge us in anyway. After at leasttwo minutes of this, we left. Incredibly terrible service. It is a reflection of poor leadership. Read more

I don?t recommend eating here, i made to their place at 9 and they were gona close at 9:30 but their manager Jen cell aguinaldo... refused to give me products Saying everything (chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, Beijing beef, honey sesme seed chiken, and friedrice)are out of stock. It?s a food place who is out of all the items and then i asked why they are out, she was just rude sayingwe don?t want to cook it because we will close soon. Read more
Good food, worst service. To reduce my wait time at the drive-thru, I ordered online first, 10 minutes before arrival. When I... got there, a staff told me that I needed to wait 10 minutes. Then she asked me to come into the store and pick it up. Now, ifanyone who can do the basic thinking, the very reason I?d order online then asked for my order via drive-thru, it?d be veryclear that I?d want to pick up my order in the car. I told her that I?m in my PJs, then she changed her tone and told me to waitin spot 1. After 10 minutes, she brought the food to us, no greeting, no apologies, no anything, just handing us a bag with foodand a few weirdly folded (more like grabbed in ball-shaped) napkins. Oh, and the order was purposely squeezed to one side,making a mess - photo attached. How dare I make her walk 10 steps out of the store for the late-delivered food, right? Ireally wish that this is her career-high because if she can do this much damage for a fast-food chain, what?s next? Read more
