I been to a couple Paneras but not like this one. The cashier taking my order through drive through was a bit rude. Her customer... service could have been better. When I got my food, they just threw the bread in the bag not packaged at all & our chickennoodle soup barley has anything in it, just broth, I can literally count how many noodles & veggies I had in my soup, that?s howlittle they gave me. If you're using drive through, my advice is to drive the extra mileage to the next Panera. Never again. I haven't had a... problem eating inside but the service at the drive through is beyond awful. I go there pretty often and have rarely ever gottenthe correct order or am overcharged. I had just learned to check my order and receipt before driving away but the last timethis happened, the person at the window was so rude to me, it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I literallyhave anxiety going here because I know they're going to get my order wrong and then when I bring it up I'm going to be treatedhorribly for saying anything - I'd rather just drive farther to go somewhere else. Ordered a bowl of French Onion soup....got charged for an iced tea also. Cashier had to get someone to refund my money which... was fine but then that person is the one who served my french onion soup with no croutons or cheese and when I asked about itshe got me 4 croutons....after I ate my soup (I had to get back to work) I asked to speak to a manger and the same person turnedaround and saw me and sent the employee to go find someone else to come talk to me. I explained my experience and told her theycould do better. She apologized and asked me if she could give me a pastry for my trouble! Seriously??? Never again ordering from this location! I ordered from the pick 2 a strawberry poppyseed salad and the BLT turkey avocado and a... blueberry muffin through the drive thru I was waiting like 15 minutes for my order just to let you know there was no one aheadof me, I got my order while I was driving off I checked and saw that I didn?t get my muffin I parked and got off to let themknow I got my muffin a came home while I was eating my sandwich they didn?t put lettuce and asked for cheddar cheese and theyput American cheese, my strawberry salad didn?t have the chicken in it. Ordering using their tablets is VERY convenient. Loved it. They made food really quick. Everything was really delicious, pizza... was warm enough, broccoli mac&cheese is the best soup ever! Also the regular tomato, cucumber and basil salad was surprisinglydelicious and really refreshing. The charged with caffeine lemonade is perfect. Refreshing, not too sweet, not too plain. I have been going here for years. The food has always been good. The problem is now after covid employees don't seem to want to... help you if you don't use the kiosks on the way in. I have a visual impairment I needed to speak to someone to place my orderand I got a sigh and a look of annoyance as the cashier came over. Granted once there he gave proper service. I was alsodisappointed that they did not bring the food to my table like they usually do. Again the food was always good I would still gothere and still do all the time. Read more
