Nice but Slow customer service. The carne asada wasn't flavored. And the shrimp was overcooked. I usually love Puerto Vallarta.... I really really hope that the food was unsatisfying only because of the certain chefs in the back for lunch time. Maybe andhopefully they have better chefs around night time. I will never go back, even if free! Ordered *Arroz con Pollo, it had chicken, but rest was all wrong, they used cheddar... cheese, not mont jack, no sauce, was super dry and a large pile of brown rice with olives and tomatoes piled on top! Husband?sorder was awful also, had no sauce, mushrooms were sliced (also in mine) not quartered as usual, rice and beans tasted so blandand old. This was the worst experience we'd had at a restaurant EVER. We always tip our service workers well as they take care of us and... we want to show that we appreciate their hard work. We did that for this restaurant. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, fiveentrees, and a few drinks. The horchata was fountain based, nasty. Food was sub par, no flavor. We didn't complain though as weknow it's not the fault of the staff. However, after 10, we were still working on our meals and drinks and the staff beganpacing back and fourth, and by 1030 they literally flicked the lights on us as we were packing up our food. Mind, they messed upand order, food got there late and they didn't even take an order from one of our people. We will never come back here. Onlyredeeming quality was the bartender, who we are pretty sure was the boss. He was quick, efficient and super nice with greatconversation. Read more

What a waste of money, everything was cold, the verse was so salty, could not eat it. Everything my wife had was cold, the... tamales were white and covered in cheese, taco was soggy and the enchilada also cold. The beans are sour. This is a beautiful place to enjoy authentic Mexican food ???? they have very friendly staff, the dinning area is filled with... beautiful Mexican art to enjoy. They have a warm atmosphere and a variety of delicious items on menus to choose from! They alsohave a beautiful bar if you want to have a drink, watch the game or just relax. Good food. Good atmosphere. Great location. No reservations. No waiting to be seated. Not too busy around 6 pm midweek. Service... was excellent. Did not need to flag down our waiter. Parking was a challenge. Live person answered the telephone. Notes: TableSide Guacamole, like the name says, made right at your table side. You choose what you want in it, and how much. Somewhatentertaining to watch. The shredded beef was very tasty. The chili relleno, made omelette style, was great. The 32 oz margaritasreally took the edge off.
