Very nice burger place with many options. Quick service in the bar area. Delicious.

Came in here with the idea of lunch with my husband. How you guys think it's OK the level of cleanliness that you maintain is... beyond me. 2 o'clock on a Saturday. The amount of dirt, dust and overall appearance was gross. We were sat in the back, behindthe bar in the corner. My view while I'm eating shouldn't be grime. I shouldn't be looking at a extremely dirty busting cart. Orthe waitresses computer caked in nasty. The same people who are bringing my food are touching that. The computer on the tableclearly hasn't been wiped down in between customers. The blinds and window sill hands down the worst. There was dust, hair, foodall over the slats. I feel those need to be closed at the least twice a week and wiped down. We ended up leaving before orderingfood. Will not be returning to this Red Robin. I ordered an ava-cobbo salad and it comes with avacado. About 2-3 slices if browning avacado. DONT ORDER. If you sit down it's... fine but everything I order from here I'm throughly unimpressed. Read more

This location is either a hit or a miss. We recently dined there on Monday for my son's 11 Birthday and were seated right away.... However I believe this location must be under staffed because it took 30 minutes for our order to be taken. My beverage (fromthe bar) didn't come until AFTER my dinner arrived. I ordered a salad and it came with one tiny cup of dressing. The salads hereare huge and yummy but no good if you don't get enough dressing. So when I finally got my drink I asked the lady if I could getmore dressing but it never came. We also ordered more "bottomless fries" but it never came. The waitress was really sweet butseemed to be the only waitress on staff making service not good at all. The food was okay? I didn't get to eat much of my saladsince it was missing dressing. My son did NOT like his corn dogs. The other kid loved his Mac and cheese. Our friend ordered thesmoke and Swiss and said it was good. I don't usually find it necessary to rate so low, I'm fairly easy to please. I'll start with the good and end with the... bad. Waitstaff at this Red Robin is exceptional. Kind, quick, smiling faces, and a genuine willingness to serve. Great jobguys! Food....if you haven't been to a Red Robin and had the sweet potato fries, then your missing out. My son and I hadtraveled for about 12 hours the night before and were operating 3 hours of sleep so we were VERY hungry and not disappointed. Ihad Teriyaki Chicken but in a wrap. It the messiest thing ever, but so so so good. I had to use a fork at the end but I didn'tcare. My son had the Southern Charm Burger and he was struggling to eat it. My friend had the Whiskey River BBQ wrap and lovedit. The bad part. The ladies restroom was disgraceful (see photo). I'm confident it was a giant germ pool. My friend said therewas a hole in the wall of the middle wall so large you could see clearly into the next stall. The sink and a later conversationare where I struggle. Why would a brand name like Red Robin not properly install a soap dispenser and put the paper towel init's dispenser? Two entire soap cartridges were just sitting on the bathroom counter. No soap in the hanging dispenser andliterally water EVERYWHERE. I slipped in it walking to the counter. The soap dispenser cartridge is not designed to be usedoutside of the hanging dispenser for a reason. It's difficult to get soap out without touching something every other person whoused the restroom has. It's literally like a science project of nasty. I'll share my photo on their website for sure. Why youask? Such a "karen" move you say? Well...you can thank me later for stopping the spread or an outbreak of a poop born disease.??????? Well ordered their new smothered BBQ brisket chips. Buyer Beware. The pictures are definitely not what we got. Guess no one... there checks that 2 orders means just that not cut one in half because if what we got was 2 that's even worst. Oh BTW we had ourfood delivered so they figured they could just rip us off. Because the rest of the order was correct. I will give them that.Life is tough enough without these jokers. Our service was so fast and friendly. The server that took our order put it into a handheld computer and before she left our... table our drinks were already brought to us. When we asked for suggestions she was very good at providing answers. I'm reallysorry that I did not get her name. Our burgers were delicious and our server was great at bringing hot fresh additional fries.Also, on checking back to make sure everything was good. We (my husband and I) order delivery from this Red Robin probably twice a month, and sadly their service had started to go... downhill fast. The past several times they have forgotten fries, sauces or messed up on the burger orders. When ordering onlinefor delivery, there is an option for extra fries, which I always choose for both of our burgers, this time they actuallyremembered to add one but as you can see in the pictures, there are hardly any there. One of the main reasons we love Red Robinis the sauce, so we always order a lot of it. The max you can order is 20 per order(20 little cups or they combine to 10slightly bigger ones if the same sauce type), which I did, we received 1 of the slightly bigger ones. We will give this locationone more chance, then we’ll be moving on to another one, sad to say it because they used to be the best!
