This store lobby is closed regularly. Today being Black Friday you think at least the drive through would be opened nope. Upper... management should be involved to help the team out. When opened they are always busy. This is so sad that management is ok withthe loss of sales. Read more
I had a similar experience to others posted. I arrived at the store with a ?lobby closed? sign on the door. Time was 2:50 PM on... a Friday so the store was supposed to be open. Two people were leaving and a female employee was unlocking the door to let themout. I asked the store employee when they would have the lobby open?she did not respond and slammed the door and locked it. Soapparently the staff at this location open and close the lobby on a whim?and are extremely rude in the process. Read more
I usually get outstanding service at this location. It would be 5 but I gave a 4 due to my visit today. Service was good as... usual but the girl at the window kept playing with her mask and nose while handling drinks. Not sanitary at all. I poured mydrink in a different cup when I got home. Read more

i hate this starbucks. i don't know who's fault is that, but you can NEVER count on this one. you can never guess whether it... will be opened or not. every other time they have a sign "lobby closed" and most of these times even a mobile order would beturned off. today they had this sign with a mark "until 3pm". okay. came at 6pm and they still had this sign and their managertold me they were "still unable to take mobile orders" even tho in app it was turned on. so i don't know and i don't even wantto know whose fault it is that this starbucks is almost ALWAYS closed, but this is SO annoying and unprofessional. i don't havea car so this starbucks is not opened for me??? bulls**t. also red haired girl is really rude Read more
