The only reason I would ever pay $8 for a coffee is if I want to sit down in the lobby and enjoy the coffee while I work on my... laptop. Today I was in a video meeting while in the lobby, and I was rudely interrupted and told I needed to leave the lobbybecause an employee had to leave work. I was not given any notice or warning that they would be shutting the lobby down, I wasjust told to leave at 9:30 am. I constantly come by this location and the lobby is closed at random times and is veryunpredictable. It is worth the drive to the other locations in Auburn if you need to use the lobby. Read more

Was my first time at this location and not very happy. I was the only person in line, the person who made my order which was a... java chip frapp way over did the chocolate and had to put it in a second cup. I got to my car to put it in the drink holder andthere was chocolate on the side of the cup which then got all over the place, the scones that I ordered were almost frozen.Really? i never leave bad reviews, however this is that one time I feel I should speak up considering it involves an employee. I don't... know her name, but she has dirty blonde hair and seems pretty young. Either way, she makes me avoid this Starbucks location likethe plague. Approach her and you can almost feel her misery. I'm sorry I have questions or that my order might include more thanone item. There's no reason to be snappy, look at me side ways, or talk in a tone where you feel you're higher than me.
