I finally had to stop going to this Subway, even though it?s the closest food source to my house. The employees are incompetent... and the food quality is terrible, always. The last straw was when they served me a sandwich on a rock hard loaf of bread, thenrefused to give me a refund. Read more

Subway is a typical fast food restaurant. The food is fresh and the service is always fast. The people working there are... friendly. The only downside is that the coupon scanner never works and the fountain drinks machine never works too. You have tobuy bottle drinks instead. Read more

It is 7:20pm and we get to the door and it's already locked, this location doesnt close till 8pm as stated on the door.. Clerk... inside was already packing up and didnt even look our way. We were going to order online for pickup, but glad we didnt. Superfrustrating! Read more

Did an online order for me because I?m am extremely busy I pick it up when it says it?s ready it?s not ready then I get it has... half the things I want on my sandwich wasn?t on it. I go back to get it re-done and she completely throws it together like amess. This place is trash along with the people that work there it?s not hard to make a sandwich you just don?t care for otherpeoples food. Read more

No line, service was pleasant. Food was ok, my choice of a roast beef wrap was probably not the best. Update 5/25/22, front... counter lady was super sweet & I got the Subway Club and it was delicious as usual! Read more

This wasn't a great customer service experience. I asked for turkey instead of ham and she said no, I asked for extra jalapenos... and if three is extra than thanks.. there was no ice and the fountain had more soda. She was not pleasent at all. Seemed moreannoyed she had. Customers at all. Read more

Asked for double the meat and barely got more than the regular amount, told her I did not want it to be toasted and she did it... anyway, I had to repeat myself constantly and raise my voice to which in the end I still had to point for her to understand whatthe hell i was talking about, it took almost 10 minutes just to get my sandwich made with no other customers. I frequent this Subway at least twice a week. I'm always patient when they are busy, because I work with the public, so I'm very... understanding when it comes to them being busy, or preparing online orders. All but one of the employees acknowledge customersas they come inland let them know right away that they will be with them as soon as possible. Today, this young man did notacknowledge me, look up at me, nothing. He was making two sandwiches for an online order. I quickly, between his sandwichesmentioned to him that acknowledging a customer goes a long way with keeping them happy. He simply muttered okay. As he wasfinally making my sandwich, 2 other customers came in, same thing. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Such awful customerservice today. Also, at peak eating times, there really should be two people in the store. Also, as a safety precaution. Every company I have ever worked for, never allowed only one employee in the store at any time. Read more
