The staff at this location are incompetent and rude. I had an order that was not correct and called them once I got home. The... gentleman said he would add my name to a list and that they would give me the items on my next visit. On my visit 2 weeks later,they said they could not honor my request, and that I had to contact corporate to get my 2 items. Are you kidding me? You wantme to call corporate to get 2 items that your staff neglected to give me 2 weeks prior. Train your staff on your policies sothat you set the right expectations with your customers. The assistant manager (Summer) and her fellow coworker needs customerservice training on how to interact with dissatisfied customers, their interaction with me was not a pleasant one . Read more
This particular Taco Time, in Lake Tapps, by Walgreens, was very clean and the food was hot, fresh and tasty! The employees... were very courteous and service fast. I will return! Read more

The tater tots were cold and I don't know what this location is doing with it's ranch, seems they're watering it down to make it... stretch or something. NEVER have I had runny, thin ranch at ANY Taco Time I've ever been to. Taco time is known for their nicetasty thick ranch. This was runny with a bunch of lettuce droppings in it. Thank goodness I didn't get the taco salad like I wasgoing to, would have totally ruined my lunch. M coworkers warned me this wasn't a good taco time but I wanted to see for myselfand yup! It's true. During the heat wave the wait was pretty bad- but after I was contacted regarding my earlier review- I felt the need to add that... the food was and is always excellent. I love all these new Taco Times, they are clean and inviting. I will still come here formy crisp pinto bean burrito and ranch fix! Read more
I hadn't been to a Taco Time in many years but decided to stop by today after picking up the kids from school, and boy have I... missed this place! This location is excellent. It was clean, fast, fresh food, and friendly. I really do appreciate thequickness of service and the food was excellent (certainly better quality then most "fast food" places).
