Absolute worst location. 2 different people claimed to be store managers. First one said their screw up was our fault and if we... didn't like it then we should just go somewhere else next time. No joke. Second person couldn't even comprehend what I wassaying and just kept going in circles with the same sentence. This location seriously needs to do better. Get some more matureand English speaking employees so when a complaint is made, it's understood and something gets done. I'm unsure there's any realqualifications for working here. Read more
Couldn't go through the drive through fire to some car having the cops called on them for refusing to leave. I get some places... will have issues but to also lock all the doors and not turn off lights or have closed signs was upsetting a bit. Fruits werecold. Ice in the cups were almost melted. I normally like Wendy?s & don?t really have issues but it really irritated me when I ordered food on DoorDash & didn?t get what... I paid for. I got the stuff that I ordered but my sandwich was all wrong as well as the sauces I got. I don?t have an issueeating what I got because I can eat it but it?s not what I wanted. Read more
Do yourself a favor and go to the Wendy's on the other 15th, you will always end up waiting way longer line in this one and 90%... of the time they'll get your order wrong. Don't ever leave the drive-thru window without first checking your food here, andalways open your sandwiches because they will use normal buns for the pretzel buns and they'll forget to put bacon on thingsit's ridiculous here.
