Hadn't been there since before the pandemic. Service used to be quick when you sat down and the food came out quick & accurate.... Tonight was the opposite. Look at my medium rare hamburger that took over 30 minutes to come out. It wasn't even busy there. Read more
Game in to get Lei?d we were told the Aloha punch could not be served because they ran out of Bacardi. We ordered the lu?au... burger and 10 minutes later the server came back and told us they can?t make that either because they are out of pineapple. Andwe did not receive our food for 45 minutes because of these delays and then it was warm. we ordered the deep southern mac &cheese and they tell you the truth macaroni and cheese out of a box would?ve been better don?t waste your money. Was greeted by a not so friendly hostess. Was sat at a table and waited 15 minutes before we were approached by the server. The... server was wearing a see threw mini shirt with her gut hanging out. Not body shaming but im not at a strip club. Ordered twodrinks. My mothers came. Then i waited another 15min for my drink. The food took forever. Ordered food to go. That also tookforever. Mind you. There is only about 5 tables in here now. Get home. To find that my cary out food was put into tuppaware frommeijer. Im so grossed out by my entire experience and will not be going back. Read more
I get there at about 11:50 on a Saturday and it?s pretty empty. Several servers and staff. Standing at the hostess sign. Waiting... to be seated. No less than 3 servers wave at me. Yes, hello, I?m pleased you have eyes - may I be seated? There?s 30 open tablesit?s been more than 5 minutes I can?t figure out why I?m still standing. Finally after about ten minutes they seat me. I order adrink. It takes about 20 minutes. Again - the place is not even approaching crowded. Food takes forever. I ordered a seconddrink, pretty sure she forgot about it until I was about ready for the bill. Brings me an old fashioned - there?s nothing in itat all it?s just a shot and a half of bourbon mixed with 200 ice cubes. Best part was they didn?t have enough silverware for thethree of us - only 2 sets, didn?t even bother to bring a third napkin. I don?t know what the hell happened during the pandemicbut all restaurants have turned into food trucks. I might as well have just stood in the parking lot and got a tray of fries.Luckily the food was significantly overpriced so I got to overpay for my wonderful experience. Can?t wait to go back. Stopped for a few drinks with the family, waitresses barely looked at us we had to get up and ask someone for menus then again... had to get up and find someone to order. Ordered our drinks waited 30 minutes to get them. Food was terrible and there werefried jalapeños in my fried pickles. We spoke to the manager and she told us "thanks for the info". Decided not to get moredrinks because we could barely even get the check. The waitress walked off with our change and never returned. We were all sickfor days after. Worst experience ever will never eat here again. The cups they served up our drinks in were FILTHY also coatedwith a substance I can't even tell what it is we cleaned one with a napkin to show the difference. Read more
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the shrimp tacos, the shrimp tacos were excellent, could do without the radish though.... The grilled chicken sandwich got sent back because the chicken was not quite natural, very rubbery and definitely not grilled asyou can tell from the photo. They took great care of us our server was fantastic the manager was excellent he took the chickensandwich off of our bill and took care of the replacement meal we bought which was the beef sliders. Pretty simple atmosphere inhere, straight and to the point, food and alcohol. Establishment was very clean and has a large amount of beers on tap. Bit of atip, cook the tater tots a little longer, they were good but could have been better, sorry I'm picky about my tater tots andfries. My first time eating here! It went well, I can be a picky eater but I can always find something to eat no matter where we go.... The atmosphere was nice, our waitress was kind and attentive even though it was kind of busy. The food was tasty, not myfavorite, but it definitely hit the spot for the day! I got the chicken parmesan sandwich, it was difficult to eat, I ended updeconstructing it and eating it with a fork, but it was good. The real MVP though was the tater tots. Perfectly crispy and hot.Overall, it's a nice restaurant. Read more
