They are short of staff. The hostess was nonchalant and kept seating other guests that arrived after us before us. Went here to sit with a friend for our fantasy football draft. Bartender was very friendly and efficient. Checked on us... multiple times. We ended up ordering food to go and that was delicious and everything I expected. Burger was massive! Read more
A bit upset tonight. I placed an online order and ordered shrimp fajitas. I have a gluten allergy so I asked for corn tortillas... (shows on receipt) and got flour. It didn?t come with any salsa, no cheese, no sour cream or guacamole which I paid extra forwhich is crazy this is all I got. Called to see if I could get a credit and no answer. Good Location and decent food. Service was good and the location was lively. Only negative is rest room is not clean.
IT SO BAD I'm still here writing this review. Came in at 10:20 pm. 75 percent of the place is empty but was told wait is 20... mins. Waiting about 15 mins. Women bathroom had NO soap and paper towel. Ordered drinks waited 10 mins just to have the drinksall messed up and no straws. Best part they couldn't find straws. Got the drinks figured out finally order. Got salads to nosilverware. Had to get up to ask for some. And was told they only have plastic smh. Great steak and a plastic knife. Finallyfound some real silverware. Waitress never came back half the time. Well, visited here when CoVid was on a rampage - and seating was very limited and a lot of other restaurant restrictions. That... visit did not go well with nothing on tables and poor service. This time, with a visit on 7/11 - MUCH improved. Lines to beseated were long due to very short staff (like every other business right now). Food, being that we had ribs and steaks - wasalmost back to the old Chilis. Like 4 to 4½ stars (up from 2 if you ask me). But easily gave 5 stars now to our server.EXCELLENT. Short staff, short cooks, had a nine person party, but he managed to keep a check on us, get drinks, be polite, andget hot food to us. I had a delicious chicken Mexican bowl with chicken, corn, beans, lettuce, tortilla strips, pico, with rice underneath it, along... with a filling potato soup. My folks got tasty chicken sandwiches. The molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was fabulousat the end. The waitress was very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Read more
